A very light, powdery pink shade.
Ideal for creating a three-dimensional lip effect as the final layer. It can be used alone as a lip highlighter or added to any other lip color to achieve a soft, powdery finish.
Apply Flash Light gently in thin layers to avoid excessive brightness due to its high titanium white (titanium dioxide) content.
