Personal data
Personal data is data about you personally. These include your name, your address, your email address and your date of birth. You also do not have to disclose any personal data in order to visit our website. In some cases we need your name and address as well as further information to be able to offer you the desired service.

We collect, save and process your data for the entire processing of your order, the delivery of the goods and the processing of the payment, for any subsequent warranties, for our services as well as for technical administration and our own marketing purposes. We need your email address so that we can confirm your order and communicate with you. We also use this for your identification (customer login).
Data storage
We would like to point out that for the purpose of a simpler shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator saves the connection owner's IP data in the context of cookies, as well as the name, address, date of birth and credit card number / bank details of the buyer.
The data you provide is required to fulfill the contract or to carry out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. A data transfer to third parties does not take place, with the exception of the transfer of the credit card data to the processing bank / payment service provider for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company / shipping company commissioned by us to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the tax retention period (7 years) expires.
The data name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are also stored until the end of product liability (10 years). The data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 TKG as well as Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary to fulfill the contract) of the GDPR.
Use of your data for advertising purposes
In addition to processing your data to process your purchase or request, we also use your data to communicate with you about your orders, certain products or marketing campaigns and to recommend products or services that may be of interest to you.

For each customer who registers accordingly, we set up password-protected direct access to his inventory data (customer account) stored with us. We cannot accept liability for misused passwords unless we are responsible for the misuse.
