Validity

The following general terms and conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and other services. Differing rules of the contractor, we hereby expressly oppose. Orders received before then will be processed according to the old general terms and conditions still valid.

Offer

3D-Colors e.U. is an online shop. The offers on the Internet represent a non-binding invitation to you to buy goods.

After entering your data and clicking the order button, you are making a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. Prices

Services from 3D-Colors e.U. are calculated at the list price valid at the time of performance. The list price is the current price lists from 3D-Colors e.U. in brochures and on the 3D-Colors e.U. operated websites.

Maturity and payment, default

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, orders are placed by 3D-Colors e.U. Products only with cash in advance. For the payment method "Cash on pickup", as well as for purchases on site with cash payment, a surcharge of 10% of the sales price will be charged as compensation for the additional effort. Picking up in the shop after online order and online payment is of course free of charge. Deliveries are made only in advance.

Payment terms in other EU countries: VAT-free, provided we have the VAT ID no. will be announced in advance. Subsequent processing is not possible. Delivery

The delivery takes place only after receipt of the payment in the bank account of 3D-Colors e.U. Deliveries are processed in the order in which they are received. We do not have a minimum order quantity.

Is it stated on the start page that the seller is on company holidays or similar? (hereinafter referred to as company holidays), the dispatch takes place after the end of the period of company holidays specified there. In this case, the specified delivery time refers to the shipping period after the company holidays.

Special delivery forms requested by our customers will be charged with a local surcharge.

If a package cannot be delivered after several attempts, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you a € 15 fee for the costs we incur as a result.

Delivery times

Goods that are in stock (we are not liable for transport problems) will be shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. For furnishings and bulky goods, the shipping time is extended to 3-4 weeks. If the goods are not in stock when ordering, we will endeavor to deliver as quickly as possible. If the non-compliance with a delivery or service period is due to force majeure, industrial action, unforeseeable obstacles or other circumstances for which we are not responsible, the period will be extended accordingly. In the event of failure to meet the delivery deadline other than the above. The goods remain the property of 3D-Colors e.U. until full payment has been made.

Complaints

Complaints are to be announced in writing immediately upon receipt of the goods. Complaints at a later time can unfortunately no longer be considered.

Refund policy

After receiving the goods, you have the option of returning the ordered items (in undamaged and unused original packaging with original invoice) for two weeks after prior agreement. Returned parcels without prior agreement will not be accepted. The same applies to shipments that we receive unpaid. The buyer must always bear the transport costs. When returning after the legal period, 20% of the product value will be charged as a processing fee. However, this only applies to undamaged / unopened goods whose expiry date is still far in the future. Opened goods, consumables and sterile goods cannot be taken back.

Transfer of risk

The risk arises when the goods are dispatched by 3D-Colors e.U. to the buyer.

Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for any disputes and place of performance is Vienna, unless the customer is a consumer within the meaning of KSchG.

Changes

We accept no liability for typing, printing and calculation errors. Deviations from the pictorial representations cannot be excluded in individual cases. Changes to the above points must be made in writing. Price changes are reserved.

Data protection

The customer consents to the fact that the personal data contained in the purchase contract will also be saved and processed by us in an automated manner in the performance of this contract. You have the right to free information, correction, blocking and, if necessary, deletion of your stored data at any time. The customer is obliged to notify us of changes to his residential or business address as long as the contractual transaction is not completely fulfilled by both parties. If the notification is omitted, explanations are also deemed to have been received if they are sent to the last published address. Plans, sketches or other technical documents as well as samples, catalogs, brochures, illustrations and the like always remain our intellectual property; the customer does not receive any kind of rights of use or exploitation. We do not make your personal data available to third parties for use.

Others

If individual points of these general terms and conditions are legally ineffective, the remaining provisions and the contracts concluded on the basis of them remain valid. The parties are obliged to replace the ineffective provision with an effective one that comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose.
